Job Description

  1. Utilize AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Figma AI, Lovable, v0, or similar tools) to support design workflows, prototyping, coding, debugging, documentation, and overall productivity.

  2. Design wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes for websites, mobile applications, and internal dashboards.

  3. Conduct user research and translate business requirements into intuitive and user-friendly designs.

  4. Create consistent, visually appealing user interfaces that align with the company's design system.

  5. Implement designs into responsive user interfaces using Front-End technologies or Flutter.

  6. Collaborate closely with the Product Team and Developers to ensure the final implementation aligns with the approved designs.

  7. Evaluate product usability and provide recommendations for improvements based on user feedback.

  8. Maintain UI consistency and continuously enhance the user experience across the company's digital products.


Requirements

  1. Must be proficient in using AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Figma AI, Lovable, v0, or similar tools) as part of the design and product development workflow.

  2. Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.

  3. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

  5. Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, usability, responsive design, and user-centered design.
