As a Spa Supervisor, you will oversee daily spa operations, ensure service excellence, and support the growth and performance of our therapists and front desk team.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily spa operations
Lead, train, and motivate therapists and reception staff
Ensure consistent service quality and guest satisfaction
Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally
Manage staff scheduling and attendance
Monitor treatment standards, hygiene, and SOP compliance
Oversee stock control and ordering of spa supplies
Support sales initiatives and upselling of treatments and retail products
Prepare daily/weekly operational reports for management
Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience as Spa Supervisor or Senior Therapist
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication skills (English required; additional languages a plus)
Strong understanding of spa treatments and hospitality standards
Customer-focused with problem-solving ability
Well-groomed, professional, and positive attitude
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
