Welcome members, guests, and visitors with a friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude.
Manage daily check-ins, registrations, and reservations for padel courts, gym, recovery facilities, classes, and other club services.
Process payments accurately using the club's POS and booking systems.
Assist members with memberships, package purchases, renewals, and account inquiries.
Respond promptly to WhatsApp messages and walk-in inquiries.
Provide accurate information about club facilities, programs, events, promotions, and operating hours.
Coordinate with coaches, operations, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming reception area at all times.
Monitor daily bookings and ensure all schedules are updated accurately.
Handle guest feedback, requests, and minor complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
Perform opening and closing front desk procedures, including cash handling and daily reconciliation.
Assist with administrative duties such as filing, reporting, data entry, and maintaining member records.
Promote club memberships, events, retail products, food & beverage offerings, and other services to maximize revenue opportunities.
Ensure confidentiality of member information and company data.
Comply with all company policies, operational procedures, and health & safety standards.
Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall operation of Bali Social Club.
