E-Commerce Designers

The Ecommerce Designer is responsible for designing and executing digital creative assets across ecommerce channels, including websites, email marketing (CRM), paid advertising and marketplaces. This role combines creative design with hands-on ecommerce execution, supporting campaign launches, website content updates and digital marketing initiatives across multiple brands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Ensure high standards of visual quality, layout, typography, and overall design execution across all assets

· Apply attention to detail and refinement to deliver polished, production-ready outputs

· Take ownership of design quality and ensure all assets meet brand and campaign requirements before de-livery

· Test and optimise creative assets across various media and ecommerce channels to ensure quality, con-sistency and compliance with brand guidelines and platform best practices

· Prepare, organise and hand over final creative assets in a timely manner

· Design and deliver creative assets across ecommerce channels including website, email marketing (CRM), paid advertising and marketplaces

· Manage website content through ecommerce CMS platforms, including publishing homepage banners, pro-motional content and campaign updates using HTML/CSS where required

· Support website activities that include working with products, maintenance and troubleshooting

· Contribute to campaign execution and site updates as required

· Support other ecommerce projects as required

KEY MEASURABLES:

· On-time delivery of campaign creative assets in accordance with agreed timelines

· Quality and accuracy of creative assets (low revision/error rate)

· Timely and accurate publishing of website content and campaign updates

· Compliance with brand guidelines, design standards and campaign requirements

· Contribution to continuous improvement of design processes, templates and workflows

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/EDUCATION:

· Minimum 2 years' experience in ecommerce, digital, web or graphic design

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma or equivalent design tools

· Working knowledge of HTML/CSS. Basic JavaScript knowledge is an advantage

· Good communication skills and ability to communicate in English

· Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment

· A strong portfolio showcasing ecommerce or digital design work with clear attention to detail and execu-tion quality is required

· Strong sense of visual design, layout, typography, and composition

· Ability to translate campaign briefs into engaging and effective ecommerce creative assets

· Understanding of ecommerce design principles, including visual hierarchy, call-to-action (CTA) placement and customer-focused design

· Understanding of responsive web and email design principles

· A desire for and willingness to accept feedback

· Multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritise work across concurrent ecommerce campaigns
