Job Description:
Act as the primary liaison between Management and employees.
Have a good understanding of marketplace operations and related business processes.
Manage schedules, prepare meeting minutes, and perform other administrative tasks to support the management team.
Assist with special projects and initiatives that require Mandarin language skills.
Serve as an interpreter for internal and external communications between Mandarin and Indonesian.
Qualifications:
Minimum high school diploma (SMA) or equivalent.
Proficient in spoken Mandarin.
Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Adaptable and able to think critically to solve problems efficiently.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
