Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Sales team to achieve revenue and sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and maximize market opportunities.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and strategic partners.
- Support complex negotiations and oversee high-value transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize lead generation and conversion.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in residential property development, real estate brokerage, or property sales in Bali is highly beneficial.
- Extensive network within the real estate industry and experience working with high-net-worth clients is an advantage.
- Real estate license is a plus.
- Willing to be based at Nuanu Creative City, Bali.
