Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Memimpin & mengelola cabang untuk mencapai target penjualan dan operational sesuai tujuan perusahaan

  • Merancang & mengeksekusi stategi pencapaian target cabang

  • Mengawasi operasional cabang dan menganalisis permasalahan teknis maupun non-teknis berdasarkan data sistem informasi untuk memastikan stabilitas layanan dan pencapain target cabang

  • Memimpin tim cabang dengan membangun budaya kerja produktif serta mengembangkan kapabilitas tim melalui coaching dan monitoring rutin

  • Melaporkan perkembangan cabang ke kantor pusat secara berkala

Kualifikasi

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 semua jurusan (Manajemen bisnis, Teknik Elekro dan Komunikasi lebih disukai)

  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2–3 tahun memimpin tim (di perusahaan ISP lebih diutamakan)

  • Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi dan komunikasi efektif

  • Memiliki kemampuan analisis, problem solving, dan leadership

  • Bersedia untuk ditempatkan di cabang manapun
