As the Sales Manager , you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales initiatives and expanding our market presence. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the construction and commercial sectors.
- Managing a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, and ensuring performance targets are met.
- Analyzing sales data to make informed decisions and optimize sales processes.
- Organizing and leading team meetings to foster collaboration and set clear objectives.
We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree is required
Between 3 to 5 years of experience in sales management within the construction or commercial equipment industry.
Strong skills in sales strategy, communication, sales management, sales planning, performance management, and team management.
A proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams effectively.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, coupled with the ability to work under pressure.
Fluent in English
Fluent in Mandarin is preferred
Proficient in using Microsoft (especially Microsoft Excel)
Have an active license of A and C
