Kualifikasi:

  • Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 semua jurusan (diutamakan Manajemen, Logistik, atau bidang terkait)

  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai Supervisor Warehouse / Gudang

  • Wajib memahami dan terbiasa menggunakan sistem Accurate

  • Memahami alur manajemen pergudangan: stock management, inbound–outbound, picking–packing, dan inventory control

  • Memiliki kemampuan leadership yang baik serta mampu mengelola tim

  • Teliti, disiplin, tegas, dan bertanggung jawab

  • Mampu bekerja dengan target dan tekanan operasional

  • Terbiasa membuat laporan stok dan analisa selisih inventory

  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik antar divisi

  • Bersedia bekerja secara mobile apabila dibutuhkan

Nilai Tambah:

  • Pernah menangani warehouse retail / fashion / e-commerce

  • Memahami sistem FIFO / FEFO

  • Terbiasa menggunakan Excel untuk reporting
