PT Astari Niagara Internasional mencari Procurement Admin untuk penempatan Cikupa, Tangerang:

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Membuat, memproses, dan menerbitkan PO berdasarkan Purchase Requisition (PR) yang telah disetujui, serta memastikan seluruh dokumen pendukung diterima dengan lengkap oleh supplier.

  • Memeriksa keakuratan dokumen penagihan (seperti invoice, faktur pajak, BAST) dan berkoordinasi dengan departemen Accounting & Tax untuk memastikan material/jasa sudah diterima melalui sistem ERP.

  • Menyusun laporan berkala terkait invoice yang diproses beserta jadwal pembayarannya, serta mengarsipkan seluruh dokumen pembelian secara rapi dan sistematis agar mudah ditelusuri.

Kualifikasi:

  • Minimal pendidikan D3 dari semua jurusan.

  • Pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun sebagai Admin.

  • Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).

  • Bersedia bekerja di Cikupa, Tangerang.
