One of our reputable clients, a leading Public Accounting Firm, is currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated and dynamic person to join its growing team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Report to Managing Partner.
Lead Finance & Accounting team
Manage billing, collection, out of pocket expense, and performance report of partnership.
Manage cash flow, working capital, and cost allocation to support effective financial control and operational efficiency.
Conduct financial analysis, including budgeting, financial performance, and project/client profitability, and provide strategic recommendations to management.
Oversee daily accounting and finance operations, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
Review journal entries, adjustments, bank reconciliations, depreciation /amortization, and ensure all financial transactions are recorded in accordance with PSAK (IFRS) and statutory requirements.
Oversee the accounting information system and ensure compliance with internal SOPs, corporate policies, and applicable regulations.
Prepare and ensure the timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and performance reports.
Manage end-to-end taxation processes, including tax calculations, reporting, and compliance with prevailing tax regulations, and response the tax exposure from regulator.
Collaborates with the across department to meet company goals and objectives.
Coaching and developing subordinates.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A Bachelor Degree in Accounting from reputable university.
Experienced 7 years in finance and accounting area.
Has knowledge and update in accounting standard/PSAK, cost accounting and tax regulation.
Has experience in operating an Accurate accounting system
Strong knowledge and update in financial/cash management/budgeting.
Able to work effectively under pressure and meet established deadline.
Keen on detailed and have good analytical and critical thinking.
Excellent communication and deal with people at all levels professionally.
Should be proactive and self-motivated team leader.
Has a good attitude, highly interpersonal skill, role-model and discipline.
Fluency in English both verbal and written is a must.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
