The Sales Group Manager is responsible for driving overall sales performance and
revenue, leading teams to translate business targets into actionable plans while ensuring
consistent achievement of goals and developing future sales leaders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct outbound and take inbound sales calls and follow-ups to acquire or support
new accounts.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the PH Sales function.
• Translate growth targets into execution plans and team-level goals.
• Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, and forecast accuracy.
• Lead, coach, and develop Sales Team Leads and/or Sales Representatives.
• Set clear performance expectations and conduct structured performance reviews.
• Build succession readiness and leadership capability within the team.
• Own sales processes, workflows, and CRM discipline.
• Identify systemic performance gaps and implement scalable improvements.
• Ensure effective handoff between Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Serve as primary PH Sales point of contact for regional and global stakeholders.
• Deliver regular performance reports with insights and corrective actions.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to support business priorities.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Communications or related field.
• Fluent in spoken and written English with strong executive-level communication skills.
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with a strong track record in driving revenue growth
and managing complex client relationships
• 3+ years of experience leading sales teams, supervisors, or team leads in a highperformance environment
• Strong performance management, coaching, and leadership capabilities with the ability
to influence decision-making and drive accountability
• Experienced in handling challenging client situations, escalations, and high-pressure
