Requirement:
Min. D3/S1 in any major
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Experience as Administrator, Personal Assistant, Secretary, or Interpreter is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Good personality, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Able to maintain confidentiality and work independently
Job Responsibilities
Provide English–Indonesian interpretation and translation for daily communication and meetings
Support expatriate as a Personal Assistant by managing schedules, meetings, travel, and administrative tasks
Prepare, translate, and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence
Coordinate communication between expatriate and internal/external parties
Perform general administrative duties and other tasks assigned by management
