? Job Title : Sales Consultant
? Location : Bali, Indonesia
? Employment Type : Full Time
? Key Responsibilities:
Contact prospective students and introduce them to Active Study’s study abroad services.
Listen to each student’s goals and provide personalised recommendations for universities, colleges, or programs.
Guide students through their study journey — from initial consultation to application support.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students through consistent follow-ups and communication.
Achieve individual and team targets while maintaining excellent service quality.
Record and manage all leads, consultations, and progress updates using our CRM system.
? Requirements:
Experience in sales, customer service, or education consulting (training provided for the right candidate).
Excellent English communication skills — both spoken and written (mandatory).
Friendly, empathetic, and persuasive personality with a passion for education and helping others.
Organised, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency with digital tools or CRM software is plus.
Willing to relocate to Bali, Indonesia.
