Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to provide basic healthcare support, administer first aid, and help maintain a safe and healthy work environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing employee health concerns, maintaining medical records, and supporting workplace health and wellness initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide first aid treatment and immediate medical assistance to employees as needed.
- Respond to workplace injuries, illnesses, and medical emergencies.
- Monitor and maintain employee medical records and clinic documentation.
- Coordinate medical consultations, referrals, and health-related activities.
- Assist in implementing company health, wellness, and safety programs.
- Monitor inventory of medicines, medical supplies, and clinic equipment.
- Prepare and submit health-related reports and documentation.
- Promote health awareness and preventive care among employees.
- Ensure compliance with company health and safety policies.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Registered Nurse (PRC Licensed) with an active and valid license.
- With valid Basic Life Support (BLS), CPR, and First Aid Certification.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in a company clinic, healthcare facility, or related field is an advantage.
- Knowledgeable in basic healthcare procedures and emergency response.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle medical situations professionally while maintaining confidentiality.
- Willing to work onsite.
Preferred Qualifications
- Completed BOSH for Nurses Training by the Occupational Health Nurses Association of the Philippines (OHNAP).
- Experience in occupational health, workplace safety, or employee wellness programs.
- Knowledge of DOLE Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
