About the role

PT. DYM Medical Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Human Resource Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in supporting our Human Resources operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR functions across the organisation. As a Human Resource Coordinator, you will be instrumental in facilitating HR processes, maintaining employee records, and providing essential administrative support to our HR department. This position is essential to our mission of delivering excellent healthcare services by ensuring our team is well-supported and engaged.


Key responsibilities

  1. Maintaining and updating employee records, including personnel files, contract documentation, and attendance records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements

  2. Processing employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, including preparation of required documentation, orientation coordination, and exit interviews

  3. Assisting with recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining job applicant records

  4. Supporting the administration of payroll processes, including verifying timesheets, leave records, and communicating with payroll systems

  5. Coordinating employee benefits programmes, including health insurance and other employee welfare initiatives

  6. Organising training and development programmes, including scheduling, registration, and record-keeping

  7. Preparing HR reports, statistics, and documentation for management review and compliance purposes

  8. Responding to employee enquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and administrative procedures

  9. Supporting the implementation of HR policies and ensuring compliance with Indonesian labour laws and regulations

  10. Assisting with the organisation of company events, team building activities, and employee engagement initiatives

  11. Performing general administrative duties including filing, data entry, correspondence, and scheduling


What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field

  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, in a supervisory or managerial role

  3. Previous experience in the healthcare, medical services, hospital, clinic, or occupational health industry is preferred

  4. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR information systems or payroll software

  5. Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  6. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English

  7. Solid understanding of Indonesian labour laws, regulations, and employment practices

  8. Attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling sensitive employee information and documentation

  9. Professional demeanour with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels

  10. Discretion and integrity in handling confidential employee information

  11. Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving HR practices and technologies

  12. Fluent in English, both written and spoken (mandatory)
