Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute the Corporate IT Master Plan and technology roadmap to support the organization's short-, medium-, and long-term business objectives.
2. Establish and strengthen IT governance by developing policies, standards, and governance frameworks to ensure consistent, reliable, and efficient operations across all hospital units.
3. Lead cybersecurity initiatives to safeguard patient data, critical information assets, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards.
4. Drive enterprise-wide digital transformation through data analytics, business process automation, telemedicine, artificial intelligence (AI), cloud technologies, and other emerging digital innovations.
5. Oversee enterprise IT infrastructure, applications, and digital platforms to ensure high availability, scalability, security, and operational excellence.
6. Lead large-scale technology initiatives, including Hospital Information Systems (HIS/SIMRS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR), system integration, cloud transformation, and digital innovation programs.
7. Build and develop high-performing IT teams while fostering collaboration with executive leadership, business units, clinical teams, and external technology partners.
8. Manage strategic vendor relationships, technology investments, IT budgets, and project portfolios to maximize business value.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline. A Master's degree is an advantage.
2. Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Information Technology, including at least 2 years in a Senior Manager or equivalent leadership role within the healthcare or hospital industry.
3. Proven experience managing enterprise IT operations across multiple locations.
4. Strong track record of leading large-scale technology projects, including Hospital Information Systems, enterprise application integration, and digital transformation initiatives.
5. Solid understanding of IT Governance, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Strategy, and IT Infrastructure Management.
6. Strong knowledge of Hospital Information Systems (SIMRS/HIS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR), PACS, LIS, RIS, and clinical/non-clinical system integration.
7. Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into technology strategy and execute organization-wide digital transformation.
8. Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, change management, vendor management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
9. Professional certifications such as TOGAF, COBIT, ITIL, CISM, or ISO/IEC 27001 are highly preferred.
