  • Work with the digital team and the clients from Japan in Japanese.
  • Understand the client’s requirements and prepare estimates and timelines for Digital projects, presenting them to clients what necessary in English/Japanese/Bahasa.
  • Support cross functional teams (design, technology, etc.) in the delivery of each project for the agency and our teams.
  • Manage relationship with our team and clients from approval to launch by conducting regular calls, monitoring and escalating project risks, seeking client feedback, making modifications to deliverable and processes to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Communicate and track project milestones, monitor progress for all team members against each plan and adjusting schedules as needed.
  • Collect, analyze data and generate project’s reports needed in Japanese.
  • Report all project progress to Manager.
  • Conduct budget management on each offshore project handled on system.
