Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices, quality, and delivery terms.
- Prepare, process, and monitor purchase orders to ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding quotations, deliveries, and order discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with concerned departments to replenish stock as needed.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier information, and procurement documentation.
- Evaluate supplier performance and recommend cost-effective purchasing solutions.
- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and procurement procedures.
- Perform other duties related to purchasing and procurement as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
