Job Summary:
Attract, develop, engage, and retain the people who build AMC, while building a culture rooted in the INSPIRE values and the company's Mission.
Key Responsibilities:
(The day-to-day activities and functions that the employee will be responsible for executing.)
• Lead all HR functions: recruitment, compensation, records management, employee relations, and training.
• Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and systems aligned with AMC's Mission and INSPIRE values.
• Partner with VP/COO and BU Heads on organizational development and workforce planning.
• Lead talent acquisition strategies to attract quality hires aligned with AMC's culture.
• Design and oversee performance management, succession planning, and development programs.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, and labor compliance.
• Maintain compliance with DOLE, labor laws, and government regulations.
• Champion AMC's culture — build an environment where INSPIRE values are lived daily.
• Develop and coach the HR team.
Job Requirements
Knowledge and Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and HR best practices.
• Experience in organizational development and culture building.
