Job Description
We are looking for a Fullstack Developer with strong development skills and hands-on experience in server and system administration to ensure system performance, stability, and scalability.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain web applications (front-end & back-end).
Build and manage services for business needs and partner integrations.
Design and implement database structures and RESTful APIs.
Integrate systems with third-party/partner services.
Manage, monitor, and secure Ubuntu-based server infrastructure.
Troubleshoot system issues (downtime, performance, etc.) and ensure resolution.
Build monitoring and alerting systems to maintain service reliability.
Manage routine database backups and transaction logs.
Optimize application performance and ensure high availability.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer.
Strong proficiency in:
Front-End: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (React / Vue / Angular).
Back-End: Node.js / Python / PHP / Java and RESTful APIs.
Experience with databases: MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB.
Hands-on experience in Server & System Administration, including:
Ubuntu Server management.
Nginx / Apache configuration and optimization.
Security (SSH, UFW, SSL/TLS).
Deployment using Docker and CLI.
Proficient in version control systems (GitHub / GitLab).
Familiar with system monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting.
Nice to Have
Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana or Prometheus.
Experience handling production systems with high traffic.
Familiarity with third-party API integrations.
Soft Skills
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, responsible, and able to work both independently and in a team.
Good communication skills, especially for technical coordination
