Kualifikasi :

  • Pendidikan Minimal D3/S1 Teknik Sipil/Arsitektur

  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Drafter/Estimator di proyek rumah/bangunan

  • Memiliki jaringan yang luas dengan konsultan arsitek/kontraktor

  • Menguasai aplikasi autocad, 3D sketchup/3DX-MAX, V-ray, Lumion, Photoshop, corel draw

  • terbiasa melakukan survey site dan memahami struktur baja


Uraian Tugas :

  • Membuat RAB

  • Membuat schedule Logistik

  • Memastikan KPI dan SOP Estimator
