About The Role
As a PJT Regulatory & Quality Assurance at HMNS, you will ensure our products comply with regulatory requirements while supporting timely product launches. You will manage BPOM cosmetic notifications, maintain regulatory documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance throughout the product lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy; Registered Pharmacist (active STRA) is preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs within the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, PBF, or related industries.
Familiar with BPOM cosmetic notification (Notifkos) and regulatory compliance processes.
Basic understanding of Quality Assurance (QA), including quality documentation, complaint handling, and CAPA.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the confidence to uphold regulatory standards under business timelines.
Self-driven and able to work independently while managing priorities effectively.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
