Recruitment Specialist – Full-time Onsite
Responsibilities:
- Post and manage job ads on job portals and social media platforms.
- Source and engage candidates through online networks and recruitment events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews and phone screenings.
- Coordinate hiring activities with recruiters and hiring managers.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate hiring reports.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare job offers and assist with onboarding of new hires.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and fair hiring practices.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment documents.
- Conduct recruitment orientations and support applicant concerns.
- Monitor recruitment trends and competitor hiring activities.
- Perform administrative and recruitment-related tasks as assigned.
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and positive applicant relations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource and any related course
- At least 2 years of Experience in Recruitment (BPO/Agency/Volume Hiring)
- Willing to working in Makati
- With experience in onboarding and conducting employee orientation program
- Great communication skills
