Qualifications:

- Basic computer navigation and typing skills
- Ability to remain patient, compassionate, and professional when assisting customers
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries related to behavioral health services and benefits
- Provide accurate information while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
- Assist customers with account concerns, eligibility, and general service requests
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
