Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with biosecurity protocols.
- Conduct daily rounds to monitor animal health.
- Identify and treat sick animals promptly.
- Diagnose diseases or abnormalities through physical and behavioral observation.
- Track mortality and morbidity rates and maintain accurate records.
- Oversee vaccination programs in line with established protocols.
- Ensure proper implementation of SOPs in the Wean-to-Finish process.
- Plan and manage staff schedules to meet manpower requirements.
- Coordinate with the Farm Manager on operational concerns.
- Perform additional duties as assigned on a temporary basis.
Qualifications:
- A graduate of Agriculture, Animal Science or related fields.
- With at least 7-8 years of experience in a swine farm handling managerial role.
- Willing to stay-in the farm premises at Argao/ Pinamungajan
- High problem-solving skills.
- Above average written and conversational skills
