Location: 28th floor, Robinsons Equitable Tower, corner ADB Ave, Ortigas Center, Pasig
Job Type: Fulltime
Work Setup: Onsite Setup, fixed Saturday–Sunday off
Job Summary
We’re seeking motivated Outbound Sales Representatives with strong telco experience. You will contact prospects and existing customers, present tailored solutions, handle objections, and close sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls offering telco products and promotions
- Conduct account check-ins and realignments
- Identify customer needs and recommend solutions
- Handle objections and deliver strong value-based rebuttals
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Document interactions and call outcomes in the CRM
Experience Required:
- Outbound Sales (B2B) – 3 years (telco/international)
- 1+ year B2B sales experience required
- High school graduate; bachelor’s degree a plus
- Proven track record of hitting quotas
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- CRM and call center systems proficiency
Preferred
- Telco account experience
- Knowledge of promotions, sales processes, and account realignment
