Responsible for managing, developing, and ensuring the stability of AI systems, automation, internal applications, databases, and system integrations at Wiselie. This role involves maintaining and developing effective, secure technology solutions that support overall business operations and collaborating with various departments.
? Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain the company's AI and automation systems (OpenClaw and related tools).
* Develop and maintain internal web-based applications for company operational needs.
* Manage databases, authentication, storage, and system integrations using Supabase/PostgreSQL.
* Develop frontend and backend applications using modern technologies (React, Next.js, APIs, etc.).
* Manage GitHub repositories, deployment, version control, and technical documentation.
* Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and incident resolution for systems, API integrations, and automation.
* Build monitoring dashboards to track system performance, automation, and business processes.
* Create technical documentation, SOPs, deployment guides, and incident reports.
* Collaborate with various departments to translate business needs into effective technology solutions.
* Ensure the security of systems, data, user access, and company credentials.
? Qualifications
* Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Full Stack Developer, Automation Engineer, or similar role.
* Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python.
* Deep understanding of Git and GitHub.
* Experience with PostgreSQL or Supabase.
* Proficient in frontend application development using React, Next.js, Tailwind, or similar frameworks.
* Experienced in integrating APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and third-party services.
* Understanding of deployment, server environment, logging, cron jobs, and basic DevOps principles.
* Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
* Ability to create clear and tidy technical documentation.
* High sense of ownership for managed systems.
* (Preferred) Experience managing AI Agents, LLM, Automation Workflow, or AI Operations.
* (Preferred) Experience with Discord Bot, WhatsApp Integration, Google Workspace API, or Automation Platform.
* (Preferred) Understanding of RAG concepts, Vector Database, Tool Calling, and AI Workflow.
* (Preferred) Experience building operational dashboards and internal tools.
* (Preferred) Experience working in companies with complex and fast-growing operations.
