Customer Service Representative (CSR) | Up to ?20,000 + HMO for 3 Dependents
Location: Eton Cyberpod Ortigas, Mandaluyong City
Work Setup: Onsite
Salary: Up to ?20,000 per month
Job Requirements:
- Completed Senior High School (K-12), 2nd Year College, Associate's Degree, or Bachelor's Degree.
- Completed at least 12 years of education.
- At least 6 months of customer service experience (BPO or customer-facing role).
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Willing to work onsite
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive customer experience by delivering timely and effective solutions.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring data confidentiality.
