- Collates and files Delivery Receipts (DR) and Sales Invoices in chronological Order
- Encodes delivery receipts and sales invoices for Dealers/Distributors and in - house accounts
- Ensures all delivery receipts ands sales invoices are properly accounted for; investigates and locates any missing documents
- Maintains separate and organized files for each dealer/distributor and in - house account.
- Prepares monthly Statements of Account for each dealer/distributor and in - house account
- Conducts follow - ups and collects payment for due accounts and, when possible, request post - dated checks (PDCs)
- Performs other accounting - related tasks, including handling Accounts Receivable and maintaining Books of Accounts
- Receives, monitors, requests, and issues company supplies such as uniforms, office supplies, and other materials
- Performs other duties as required by the Company, including fieldwork related to regulatory compliance when necessary
- Perform bank - related transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, encashments, fund transfers, and payment for utilities while ensuring the security and accuracy of financial transactions
Preferred Qualification: Candidate with a motorcycle and a valid driver's license is preferred due to the fieldwork requirements of the position, including check collections, bill payments, and bank transactions.
