Job Description
Join our Travel & Lodging team and assist customers with their travel accommodation needs. As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide excellent customer support by helping customers with hotel reservations, booking modifications, cancellations, and general travel-related inquiries.
Qualifications
- Open to Fresh Graduates
- Senior High School Graduate (K–12 Curriculum) or at least 4 semesters completed in college
- Good English communication skills (B2 level or above)
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
- Open to graduates, undergraduates, career shifters, and applicants with no BPO experience
What You'll Do
- Assist customers with hotel and lodging reservations
- Handle booking changes, cancellations, and travel inquiries
- Provide accurate information about accommodations and travel services
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality standards.
