Job Summary
The Security Personnel is responsible for maintaining the safety and security of the company's employees, customers, visitors, facilities, equipment, and assets. This role ensures that company policies and security procedures are followed while preventing unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and other security risks within the curtain manufacturing facility, warehouse, showroom, and office premises.
Qualifications
- High school graduate; vocational or college education is an advantage.
- Previous experience as a security guard or security personnel is preferred.
- Physically fit and capable of standing or walking for extended periods.
- Knowledge of basic security procedures, emergency response, and incident reporting.
- Honest, disciplined, alert, and dependable.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
