DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Cleans and sanitizes the company vehicles.
2. Secures the approved trip ticket from the Transport Services Supervisor.
3. Loads the pet remains and the required documents to the vehicle.
4. Ensures that pick up and delivery of pet remains have the proper documentation.
5. Transports materials, equipment, machines and other supplies as instructed/ requested.
6. Follows the safety standards and traffic regulations.
7. Coordinates with the Dispatching Assistant the details of the trip.
8. Ensures that the receiving copy for the deliveries is properly signed and accomplished.
9. Submits to the Dispatching Asst. the properly accomplished receiving copies for proper documentation/filing.
10. Reports to Transport Services Supervisor any safety hazards and other concerns in transporting the items.
11. Informs the Transport Services Supervisor of any breakdown and gives update on the condition/status of the vehicle.
12.Performs all other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
