Job Summary
We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Call Center Sales Representatives. In this role, you will assist customers, promote products and services, and achieve sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound sales calls.
- Promote and recommend products or services based on customer needs.
- Build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions.
- Follow company policies and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school graduate, Senior High School graduate, or college graduate.
- Good English communication skills.
- Sales or call center experience is an advantage but not always required.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer navigation skills.
- Positive attitude, goal-oriented, and willing to learn.
Salary and Benefits
