JOB DESCRIPTION
The HR / Administrative Staff member offers day-to-day human resources and administrative support to ensure that the office runs smoothly. This position helps with personnel records, recruitment coordination, Bidding, and general office administration while remaining confidential and professional.
major roles/functions
Gives Assistance in recruitment and training and development
Provides support in preparing bidding documents and other bidding concerns
Handles inter-departmental/inter-agency communications
Perform other HR related functions that may be assigned by the immediate superior
Qualifications & Requirements
Any 4 years Course & College Graduate
At least 6 months working experience
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Maintains Strict Confidentiality
Willing to travel from time to time
