Kami mencari Business Development Associate untuk bekerja langsung dengan founder dalam mengeksplor peluang bisnis baru, membantu strategic oversight untuk existing brands, serta mendukung eksekusi berbagai growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Growth Research (40%)

  • Melakukan riset pasar untuk peluang bisnis baru di Indonesia
  • Mengidentifikasi white space opportunities, market trends, dan consumer insights
  • Membuat competitor analysis dan benchmark mapping
  • Research dan outreach awal ke vendor, supplier, atau strategic partners
  • Menyusun feasibility analysis sederhana untuk ide bisnis baru
  • Membantu pengembangan initial go-to-market / marketing plan
  • Menyiapkan ringkasan insight dan rekomendasi untuk founder

Strategic Support for Founder’s Office (40%)

  • Membantu maintain overview dan dashboard progress across multiple brands
  • Follow up dengan brand managers untuk strategic initiatives dan deadlines
  • Membantu monitoring KPI-level updates dan weekly business summaries
  • Mendukung execution untuk special projects lintas brand
  • Menerjemahkan ide founder menjadi action plans dan project follow-up
  • Menyiapkan weekly founder briefing / priority updates

Executive & Operational Support (20%)

  • Koordinasi meeting schedule lintas Indonesia–Germany time zone
  • Membantu calendar management dan meeting preparation
  • Support ringan untuk administrative coordination bila dibutuhkan


Qualifications

  • Perempuan
  • Memiliki strong research & analytical skills
  • Proaktif, organized, dan detail-oriented
  • Nyaman bekerja di fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Mampu mengelola beberapa project sekaligus
  • Strong communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia & English)
