Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written)
Educational background in Education, School Management, or related field
Proven experience in a school environment (teaching and/or leadership role)
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong administrative and management capabilities
Principal Levels Available:
Kindergarten (Early Childhood)
Elementary (Primary)
Junior High & High School (Secondary)
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage daily school operations
Ensure high academic standards and curriculum implementation
Supervise teachers and staff performance
Maintain effective communication with parents and stakeholders
Oversee student development, discipline, and well-being
Ensure compliance with education regulations and school policies
