KOL Specialist

Job Description:

• Talent Scouting: Identify and source niche or specific influencers (especially Tier 2 & Tier 3) that align with campaign objectives and budget requirements.
• Negotiation & Partnership: Negotiate competitive “agency rates,” secure value-driven bundle packages, and maintain strong partnerships with KOLs and their representatives.
• Administrative Management: Handle end-to-end coordination including agreements, rate cards, invoicing, campaign timelines, and scheduling.
• Content Quality Control (QC): Review and ensure influencer content meets brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and client expectations before submission.
• Campaign Coordination: Act as the main liaison between internal teams, clients, and influencers to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Relationship Management: Maintain and grow a strong network of influencers and industry contacts to improve efficiency and campaign results.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a KOL Specialist, Influencer Marketing Specialist, or similar role.
• Strong existing personal relationships with influencers/KOLs, enabling direct communication and faster negotiation without relying solely on manager or agency contacts.
• Proven experience in rate negotiation and securing cost-effective influencer collaborations.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills for handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Good understanding of social media trends, influencer landscape, and digital marketing strategies.
• Detail-oriented with strong quality control skills for reviewing content deliverables.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external partners.
• Able to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
