Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in any design field; other fields considered with a relevant portfolio
- Design experience and/or upstream visual merchandising background
- Familiarity with 3D tools (e.g. SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar) is a strong plus (used for product/merchandising visualisation and 3D design for certain comms materials)
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Experience in a sport, lifestyle or retail brand environment would be a strong plus
- Minimum 2 years experience in related field
Job Description:
1. Designing Layout Concepts
- Create concept plans and storyboards for retail spaces.
- Research design trends and consumer behavior to predict market needs.
- Use 3D, VR, and AI tools to test and innovate new layouts.
2. Developing Design Strategies
- Partner with merchandising teams to align layouts with business goals.
- Build and share 3D asset libraries for the team.
- Choose materials, manage design partners, and create official guideline books.
3. Managing Projects (Conception to Delivery)
- Support project managers from early prototypes to full-scale rollouts.
- Monitor design tools and coordinate with purchasing.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and up to quality standards, while minimizing environmental impact.
