Welcoming guests and answer their inquiries to ensure a professional and positive experience.
Liaise with internal teams to organize visits and corporate events
Uphold corporate image through professional service and presentation
Maintain reception area, manage visitor sign-in, and handle incoming calls
Offer assistance with certain tasks (e.g. meeting room booking, order lunch for meetings)
Coordination with other departments needed
Requirements and skills :
Fresh graduates from Hospitality Management is preferred
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
A customer-oriented and professional attitude
An outgoing personality
Outstanding communication abilities
