Managing the daily operations of the store, ensuring SOP on Store, and waste management, achieving sales goals.
Schedule shifts and manage employee time off requests.

Manage stock organization, including receiving and displaying merchandise.
Conduct regular inventory audits to prevent shrinkage.

Qualification
Previous experience in a retail environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Have good leadership and negotiation skills
