Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
3–5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Familiarity with Kaizen practices and methodologies (i.e., continuous improvement, waste reduction, problem-solving).
Have knowledge in continuous improvement activity (Toyota Production System).
Experience in automotive/electronic companies is preferred.
Ability to collect, analyze, and present data to track improvements and performance metrics.
Good communication skills (verbal and written) and presentation skill.
Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
Able to work on teams and individually.
Able to train team and leader.
