PT Tenaga Kanggo Indonesia (Kanggo) is a digital platform that provides building repair, maintenance, and renovation services in one application. Established in 2020, Kanggo has delivered 25+ service solutions supported by more than 2,000 professional workers (Tukang Jagoan). Currently, Kanggo serves the Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek) area and continues to expand across Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for mobile applications
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective user experiences
• Conduct user research and analyze user behavior to identify design improvement opportunities
• Maintain and enhance design systems to ensure consistency across products
• Review and improve existing user journeys, usability, and overall user experience
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively
• Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing mobile application design projects (Android/iOS)
• Experience working in SaaS, marketplace, fintech, property tech, or other product-based technology companies is highly preferred
• Proficient in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, and Design Systems
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, and mobile-first design
• Experience creating user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Ability to translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive design solutions
• Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and design thinking mindset
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage projects independently
• Available to work on a freelance basis and fully remotely (WFH).
