Main Responsibilities:
Execute and optimize daily ads across all platforms (Meta, TikTok, and Marketplaces).
Manage advertising budget to achieve monthly sales targets and KPI goals.
Analyze campaign data and perform A/B testing to improve conversion rates.
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ad contents are high-performing.
Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and platform algorithm changes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital advertising or performance marketing
- Proven experience managing large-scale advertising budgets and revenue driven campaigns
- Strong expertise in platform such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Deep understanding of performance metrics, attribution models and conversion tracking
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data driven strategic decisions
- Solid understanding of marketing funnels, customer journeys and conversion optimization
- Experience conducting advanced campaign optimization, creative testing and caimpaign scaling
- Excellent problem solving and analytical thinking skills
- Experience in FMCG, skincare or e-commerce brand is a strong advantage
