We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and fixed asset accounting.
Ensure proper documentation and recording of all financial transactions and supervise month-end and year-end closing processes.
Prepare financial statements, including but not limited to balance sheets and income statements.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations and company policies.
Prepare and follow up on tax incentive applications, such as Tax Allowance, Investment Allowance, and other relevant incentives.
Maintain strong internal control procedures to safeguard company assets.
Coordinate with external auditors to complete the annual audit.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Experience in manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
Fluent in Chinese or English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal
Strong understanding of financial reporting, general ledger management, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP systems.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
