Jadi ujung tombak CIMB Niaga Finance untuk bantu jamaah wujudkan impian ke Tanah Suci. Kamu akan memimpin tim & membangun jaringan agen/travel untuk menyalurkan pembiayaan haji. Target besar, reward juga besar.


*Jobdesk Kamu:*

1. *Akuisisi & Ekspansi*: Bangun kerja sama dengan Travel Umroh/Haji, KBIH, Masjid, dan komunitas

2. *Leadership*: Rekrut, coaching, dan pimpin tim sales lapangan min.10 orang untuk capai target

3. *Pencapaian Target*: Bertanggung jawab atas target penyaluran pembiayaan haji

4. *Jaga Kualitas*: Monitoring kolektibilitas, DOD, dan kualitas pembiayaan agar NPL rendah

5. *Edukasi Produk*: Sosialisasi skema pembiayaan haji


*Kualifikasi:*

1. Pengalaman min 2 tahun di Sales/Recruitment/Perbankan/Sales Supervisor. Pengalaman Haji/Umroh nilai plus

2. Terbiasa memimpin tim & capai target

3. Punya jaringan luas dengan Travel, KBIH, Tokoh Agama/Masyarakat

4. Motivasi tinggi, mobile, dan berorientasi hasil

5. Domisili area target & punya kendaraan pribadi
