Job Description:
Market Development & Customer Acquisition
Identify and secure new customers in mining, construction, rental, and agro-forestry sectors
Develop strong ties with mining contractors
Develop and maintain relationships with major contractors
Implement fleet trials and customer performance benchmarking
Grow the retail segment with PMP & financing programs
Work closely with dealer teams in the regions for joint roadshows and tender participation
Customer Reactivation: Revisit dormant customers and initiate follow-up based on project readiness and financial availability
Stock & Forecast Control: Provide accurate regional forecasting to maintain safety stock
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields
Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in sales Heavy Equipment Industries, Leasing Industry are welcome
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Having good communication skill
Willing to be posted in our region
