About the role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Psychotherapist to join our team in Central Jakarta. What you'll be doing
Conducting individual psychotherapy sessions with clients, utilising evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address health concerns
Developing personalised treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of each client's needs and circumstances
Maintaining detailed and confidential clinical records in accordance with professional and regulatory standards
Providing crisis intervention and support when required, ensuring client safety and wellbeing
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and support services to ensure coordinated care
Offering psychoeducational support to help clients understand their health and develop coping strategies
Contributing to a supportive workplace culture by promoting health awareness and wellbeing initiatives
Adhering to all professional codes of ethics and confidentiality requirements
What we're looking for
A recognised qualification in psychotherapy, counselling or a related mental health discipline from an accredited institution
Current registration or membership with a professional body relevant to psychotherapy practice in your jurisdiction
Minimum 1-3 years of professional experience in providing psychotherapeutic services
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients
A thorough understanding of mental health conditions, therapeutic techniques and evidence-based treatment approaches
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to maintain detailed clinical records
Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to continuing education requirements
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Experience working within a corporate, retail or employee wellness setting is advantageous
Fluency in Indonesian and English is preferred
