Key Responsibilities
• Manage and operate a designated kitchen station during service
• Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes and presentation standards
• Maintain consistency, portion control, and speed during peak hours
• Support training and supervision of junior line cooks and kitchen assistants
• Assist with daily prep, mise en place, and station setup
• Monitor stock levels and communicate ordering needs
• Ensure proper food storage, labeling, and stock rotation (FIFO)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
• Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards
• Step up to support Sous Chef in coordinating line operations when needed
Requirements
• Minimum 2–3 years experience as a Line Cook in hospitality/F&B
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations and cooking techniques
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with good communication skills
• Attention to detail and consistency in food quality
• Strong English proficiency preferred
• Must be Bali-based; immediate start preferred
