Key Responsibilities
•? ?Manage and operate a designated kitchen station during service
•? ?Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes and presentation standards
•? ?Maintain consistency, portion control, and speed during peak hours
•? ?Support training and supervision of junior line cooks and kitchen assistants
•? ?Assist with daily prep, mise en place, and station setup
•? ?Monitor stock levels and communicate ordering needs
•? ?Ensure proper food storage, labeling, and stock rotation (FIFO)
•? ?Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
•? ?Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards
•? ?Step up to support Sous Chef in coordinating line operations when needed
Requirements
•? ?Minimum 2–3 years experience as a Line Cook in hospitality/F&B
•? ?Strong understanding of kitchen operations and cooking techniques
•? ?Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
•? ?Team player with good communication skills
•? ?Attention to detail and consistency in food quality
•? ?Strong English proficiency preferred
•? ?Must be Bali-based; immediate start preferred
